Key10 Lettings is owned and managed by Karl Naumann.
When not working with Key10 Lettings or spending time with his family, Karl is an active sports person. He loves the water and is a very keen windsurfer/surfer. He also can be seen out on the tarmac on either his racing bike or xcountry on his mountain bike or at his local tennis club trying desperately to get better!
Karl bought his first Portsmouth house while studying for his Business Degree at Portsmouth 30 years ago. Over the years Karl has built up a portfolio of student houses in Portsmouth and has experienced many changes in the provision of Student Accommodation in Portsmouth.
Through Key10 Lettings, Karl now manages his houses and other Landlords properties.
Karl owns a number of the properties that Key10 Lettings manage and every property has the same High Service Standards. Karl has built up a significant portfolio of Portsmouth Student Properties by purchasing, renovating and selling property in Portsmouth. Karl has had experience of all aspects of rental and property investment.
In 1991 (a long time ago now!), Karl graduated with a Business Degrees from Portsmouth and went on to qualify as a Chartered Management Accountant and worked for Zurich Insurance in Corporate Finance and Cargill Financial Markets. Being an accountant, Karl has a lot of experience and knowledge in Property Taxation and Finance and general investment as well as the physical property market.
All Key10 Lettings staff are all well trained and supported by Karl. Our priority is to provide a first class service that both tenants and landlords are happy with. As Karl manages his own properties through Key10 Lettings we have a massive incentive to ensure it is well run. This is not a high street commission based estate agent. This is a small agency run by a professional business person with 30 years of hands on Portsmouth Student property experience.
We don’t have a High Street office as there are costs associated with little benefit. The costs of high street premises just get passed on to landlords and tenants. With modern technology there is no need for a branch office.
